It's Friday! I've walked a lot this week, but still think this is the week for no change as AF is due in a week and I can tell that I'm getting a little bloated. I'm gonna load up on water today, hoping, by walking this week it will hold off any moodiness from PMS, we'll see. Going to rain today, so only Pilates.

Happy Friday - OMG was that ever the mother of all rainstorms!! Yep no walking in that mess for me either :) Not looking for weigh in day 'cause I have been holding on to water and having food cravings yuck.

oh I hate af... and I don't even like to use the word hate, but seriously, I hate it. I'm praying that my plateau has to do with her upcoming arrival. I'm SOOOO bloated. :( Stupid af. Sorry for my rant lol *hugs* to you! I hope this week goes well for you!
