So yesterday could have been better. Lost focus for a little bit and my stomach was killing me all night. I guess it's punishment for what I put in it. Back to focusing today. Brought cucumbers/tomatoes/onions in fat free italian dressing for lunch and a slimfast in case I am still hungry. Thinking of joining Curves as it is about 3 minutes from my office. I could do it at lunch.... Today will be a great day!!!! FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS
