So depressed....Like I mentioned yesterday, im in TOM. Havent had it in three months so its bad. I tried to go to the gym. Stupid me jumped on the scale. Gained .8. Im obsessed so that gain just pizzed me off. Have to remember TOM will make it flutuate. Cramps so bad..just went home. Gonna rest today. Maybe take some Midol later and try again. CYA ... off so see if I remember how to be a couch potato.

I didn't believe it until it worked for me - but jogging/exercisng really did help alleviate my cramps. One of the best runs I ever had - in terms of how I felt during it - was on the rag.

Yea Im gonna try it tonight. Comfortable on my pitty pot right now. I have never paid attention before...how much weight is normal for a woman to gain at this time? (Sorry for this thread guys)

TOM water retention can mean a gain of 2lb or more! Don't worry about it; just drink lots of water to flush your system out, and treat yourself kindly... have a bath, paint your nails, read a book, have a wee bit of dark chocolate, or whatever. And maybe do some yoga. THere are videos on youtube. It's good for flexibility, balance, and physical calm.
