I justg let mysself go, and fell into the pit of depression. I hope I'm back. I've missed everybody. :-)
169.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel for you. Falling into depression is so easy to do - but seems like you are pulling yourself out of it. BTW - We missed you too!

I can relate....beat that damn dark cloud away.....sometimes it is a daily chore...but well worth doing :)

welcome back... depression is one nasty ass emotion, but you can beat it, or at the very least manage it.. Just remember to reach out and all of us will help provide a little sun on your cloudy days...
