Day 1 complete! Ate fairly well today except for the cupcake and snickerdoodle...but in all honesty, after I ate them, I felt super nauseated. I almost didn't go to the gym tonight but I honestly wanted to start this month off right. It also was therapeutic in a sense since there was a lot of...triggering happening so it helped me shift my mindset. It was hard. I feel drained physically and emotionally but hey, at least I know that I will sleep well. I don't have much else to say so I will leave this at that.
