Good morning World! 🤗 I always start my morning with a large glass of water with lemon💧+🍋

it's an acid until digested, becomes an alkaline, helps balance stomach acid. This is why, if you such on a piece of lemon, you won't get car sick. My mother-in-law told me this years ago and I have used it ever since.

It assist in digestion ...its a wonderful additive boost as vitamin C.. its known to create a better mood in you and increase your energy...also can assist in detoxing your body, it can assist in lowering risk of a stroke...this is a biggie ladies...also it assist as a great weight loss aid so many wonderful benefits you can go on and on young lady and I'm going to drink more now especially if I can look as cute as you...great post going to journal and do more research on lemons...thank you;) BTW I love lemons and usually have them in a bowl on the counter;)

I found out just this early morning that it is suppose to dissolve gallstones. I think if you drink it on a regular basis. For me it helps when I have phlegm in the middle of the night. I get up and drink hot water with a whole lemon squeezed in it.

I drink an ounce of organic apple cider vinegar with an ounce of orange juice and 1/2 tsp Turmeric mixed in. I don't know what it's supposed to do, but it sure is a kick when drank like a shot!😝

Add the Organic ACV to your lemon drink and you will see weight loss results.... 1 tsb of Organic ACV and 2 tsb's of Lemon juice per 8 oz's of water before each meal... And if you Google it, you'll find out what else it's good for... Good Luck
