I used to dread exercising now I actually really like doing it. Music helps. Find something you like that’s also active. I play with my kids at the park and actually play on the equipment too. I swim. Zumba. Watch YouTube videos of dancing or follow workouts. Workout with a friend or family member.

Welcome and yes you will love it here. I have learned so much just from reading post, looking at the food, has help me stay positive and not get depressed when the scale and me are not getting along.
