I am having 1 of those day - AGAIN - eating but not getting full
Yesterday, my last meal was at lunch (1pm)
Got home, had 2 meatballs (less than 50g)
went for my walk
Came back, made lunch for today, showered and went to sleep
That's how my week has been

you can do this. a part of dieting is coming to terms with the fact that you will be hungry

Sometimes when I feel those hunger pangs I remind myself what it feels like when I've overeaten and feel nauseous and bloated from pigging out - it sometimes helps. Going for a quick walk or just doing something else to take your mind off it can help too - like folding up laundry or doing some little chore you keep putting off.

Cookie, for me the two things that trigger my appetite: aspertame and carbs. If I eat sugarfree jello, or drink a diet coke My stomach roars like a freight train lol see if that does the same thing to you. Once I cut my carbs I no longer have hunger pains except if I do the above. Drinking my 8 bottles of water a day helps too. Good luck Sweetie
