Well, I didn't loose any weight this week. I have to admit I am disappointed, I did follow my diet but I didn't do as much exercise as I normally do, so I guess that was the difference. At least I didn't gain then I would really be depressed.

Don't beat yourself over the head about not losing. As long as you followed your plan, your body might just need time to adjust. This happens. Your weight history is great, be patient and it will happen before you know it.
