No school today because of all the snow, so I just stayed home. And ended up eating way too much. As I'm writing this it's only 3:50 pm (Pacific Standard Time aka PST) and I've eaten 1686 calories, or 112% of my RDI which is 1500 calories...

try eating higher fiber foods. they will fill you up for longer and kill the hunger. also pound down the waters.

When I’m all day at home I drink coffee, mineral water, I eat a whole bag of carrots 🥕, cucumber, watermelon jajaja u know stuff I can stuff myself with with no afterward guilt😅
