Walking every week and strict counting is working again. I realized 1400 a day was too low for me, and my body was craving food every night. I've gone back up to 1600 a day, and it's working great.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

also if your protein is to low by mid afternoon you will crave food all night too.
