Lost more than originally planned. Yoyo dieter. maybe this this the last time to drop 40+#. took a little over a year. I developed asthma last year. my lung doc recommended exercise. I don't care for it. I do 20-30 min./day. sometimes more if I am cycling or kayaking. Back to counting calories. just have to burn more than you eat. protein, veggie carbs and fruit a few times a week. now time for management. I set goals in 10lb. increments. 40lbs at once seemed daunting. 10lbs. yeah I can do.
