I am doing quite well so far starting at 186 two weeks ago and losing so far 4 pounds. I am incorporating some exercise dispite my broken foot. Mainly upper body. My foods are so limited with the diabetes but this diet plan seems to have at least some carbs that don't shoot my sugars over 15.
