Finally losing again. I’ve completely changed the way I eat and I like it. It will be much better when I am up to maintenance calories but until then I am having fun losing lbs. I’ve researched a little on this keto diet everyone seems to be doing and I know 100% that it’s not for me. My favorite food is bread. Carbs are way too delicious! So, small healthy meals throughout the day is working great!
