Was too eager to start was getting nervous and angry with such a low calorie count, started eating a few more each day until my blood sugar normalized so now I am happy and sticking to the routine...
254.3 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 94.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
