Yes I have just had a hungry week.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The issue is what u select to indulge on, when I get really hungry I eat baby carrots, the ready ones. I dong think About it I just start eating them until I finish the bag
