Scale went up this morning, probably because I ate at a Mexican restaurant last night. Oh well! I wouldn’t trade time with friends for anything!

I agree! I eat unhealthy a couple of times a week and just try to make up for it the rest of the time.

try to use food scale, it will really help you to track macros, at the same time try to incorporate intermittent fasting and weight training. kimbie86 good luck on fat loss :)

Love Mexican food! Since I am basically low carb I just eat fajitas with no rice beans or tortillas and I am good to go. Having fun with friends is LIFE!! You can’t beat yourself up over it. Just learn to be mindful of what you can eat at all types of places and go for it!!
