Finally! I'm back to where I was on February 1. Now I just need to focus and not gain anything back. Need to remember I am fitting in size 14 jeans when I was wearing size 18W back in August. I'm excited to go on a hike tomorrow with friends I haven't hiked with in about 7 years. We used to hike all the time, then I retired, moved, gained weight, etc. They are driving here, one friend from Placerville and the other from Sacramento. The hike is relatively easy but will be a challenge for me. Only gains 350 elevation so a little climbing and is a 3.5 mile loop which goes partially by a lake. And we'll probably go out to lunch after the hike. That's when I need to be strong!
