I am not going to enter food for the rest of today because we obviously had a bbq.
Spent the night at the shore with family, did pretty well eating, and I still lost weight, I did not hit a wall while I was there thankfully!
Today I just had lots of meat, steak, chicken, burgers without eggs or breadcrumbs. Some veggies, lots of veggies all weekend long. And I did still go to the gym this weekend and continue working out.
Saturday I went to the gym and did lifting and the last day of week 1 in couch 2 5k, and after dinner I went for a 5 1/2 mile bike ride along the shore.
I am trying to find a good spot to keep my eating at, I have been able to allow myself small snacks like chocolate here and there without going overboard, but I still feel guilty about it.
Today I also made myself and a friend a pizza stuffed white sweet potato, it was pretty good, and nutritious because sweet potatoes are ok for you to eat.
I hope I have the strength to make it through the next few weeks until the school year is over, I have a lot of concerts to conduct. Hoping it does not interfere with the gym too much, might have to do morning sessions on concert days though.
