My weight is still fluctuating. I'm going to a yoga class now. I'm going to try and do this often if it works. I biked another 8 miles and ran for 45 minutes the other day. Progress with exercising more, but slowly.
I ate okay the last few days, but too late. I need to be drinking more water.
I can't let this hinder me! Must keep going!
I'm so frustrated that I'm not meeting my May goal.
