Gained a pound so guess the big loss last week was a lot water loss but hey - I am very happy with 4 pounds in two weeks!!!!! Started being more serious about writing down my food intake though and back to my cereal with fruit for breakfast.Going to reach 170 by my birthday at the end of March. That's a promise to myself!!!!!!

I think keeping a food diary is a very, very good thing. I haven't been doing that, put plan to. I have in the past when I was on WW - I think on WW it is ESSENTIAL, as is water. I'm doing Atkins now and really don't have to write things down or keep track, but as I move into the ongoing weight loss phase of that program, it will become much more important. Anyway, keep on trucking!
