4 weeks in tomorrow.
Couple of bad days this week. Did fine food and exercise wise, but came a cropper booze wise.
Next month I think I should really focus on being stricter with myself with booze, putting together some rules and strategies for when I go out.
We'll see tomorrow if my excess has adversely affected progress, but hopefully I'll have done enough with my diet and exercise to keep things moving in the right direction.
