OK...so I've been exercising a lot of self-control this week, and instead of eating steak & shrimp or the cheese dip, have been eating the cobb salad. Now, looking at my menu, I'm too low on carbs and calories. Need to find a happy medium. Reminds me that I had a similar problem after Induction, but haven't had the issue since then because I've been eating quite a few more carbs.
I'll make some pumpkin Induction cookies tomorrow, that should help at least with the fiber.
