IT WAS SUPERBOWL SUNDAY AND I REALLY PIGGED OUT.. I ATE TOO MUCH AND I DRANK TOO MUCH BUT I HAD A REALLY GREAT TIME. I AM NOT GOING TO BEAT MYSELF UP. I AM GOING TO FINISH THAT AMAZING MACARONI SALAD ( IT WOULD BE BLASPHEMOUS TO THROW IT OUT) AND GET BACK ON TRACK TOMORROW . A COUPLE OF DAYS MAY SLOW ME DOWN BUT IT WONT STOP ME FROM WHAT I AM DOING. I WILL BE BACK IN WATER AEROBIC TODAY. IM STILL FOCOUSED.
