It seems like all I do is eat, and want to just eat more. I can't stand it. It doesn't matter at all if I am full or not sometimes I go for more. I will have a great day or a couple of great days. But the one time I give in I am starting all over. I know what to eat and what not to eat and I do eat the stuff I am supposed to have and are good and healthy for you 90% of the time or better. I need more control and I have to say no! Also I need a cheat, something I can do before I eat it and something for after that will flush it away like I never did it. Right now I am on a low carb diet. Lots of veggies and protein like fish and eggs, chicken. I have added to that to alter it. I started adding a grapefruit and vinegar cocktail to it. The grapefruit is unsweetened and I am getting used to chugging this down before I eat any meals. Also I added Vitamin b12 with it. My metabolism is starting to pick up a little and hopefully this is a jump that I needed to not give up so easily, and cheat.

I'm with you in the constantly wanting to eat thing. It's horrible! I've started a plan in which every time I want a snack (I do have cucumbers and almost no calorie snacks ready all the time), I make myself wait 5 minutes. The next day, I have to wait 6 minutes, and so on. Sometimes, if I find something busy to do, the munchies go away. If not, I eat a cucumber or something. Also, when I'm having a really bad day of munchies, I go for a walk or do a certain number of an exercise I like, or drink a big glass of ice water. It helps some. Good luck.

When I want to snack or when a meal doesn't hit the spot, I go for a cup of hot decaffeinated tea. I use sweetener to make it as sweet as I want it, and I go about my business while I drink it. The tea usually numbs the craving for an hour or more. I haven't had sweet ice tea in a long time, so I do not know if it will work the same.
