138 minute treadmill workout before Superbowl 52.

This crazy 16 minute peak was after reading John's post about dialing it in (I was already on the dang machine for 122 minutes) I got pumped too and started running. It was perfect timing for me because I was sick of a 3.8 mph pace to keep me in the fat burning zone.
