This week no weight lost or gain..i Maintain...Well last nights weigh in did go as well as i wanted it to...Don't get me wrong i am ok with maintaining we all know its better then gaining...i will like maintaining when i reach my goal weight..not when i still have 14 more pounds to go...i will be changing some thing this next week...i hope everyone hads a good weigh in this week...Good Luck
154.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't discourage, you are so close to your goal! The weight is bound to come off a little slower than when you started because you have stopped carrying those extra 23 lbs around all day! But you can do it!

I forgot to say thank you for your comment. It has been very helpful knowing that others have bad days and get over them. You have been doing wonderfully, as I see. I will work on tracking my weight more often on here and posting more. Hope to hear more good news! I heard that for every 25 lbs you take off, its approximately 5 yrs of life you have just given yourself. And the benefits of even just losing 10% is something great. We are gonna get to our goals! = )

Magnetlady Where have you been the last couple of days. We all have weeks where we don"t lose weight. Don't get down Keep plugging and the weight will again start moving. We are here for you.
