Oh the dreaded Weight Watchers 4 week curse!! LOL! They say in the beginning a lot of the loss is water weight and at about 4 or 5 weeks your body adjusts, and instead of a loss you either gain or maintain. Naturally I gained - but just half a pound - I can totally live with it. Originally I was slightly bummed since I had added an hour of activity a day, and thought that would help, but then I realized maybe it did and that is why it's just 1/2 lb gain. It's all in the way you look at it! Here's to healthy attitudes and a good week ahead.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

How long are you planning on doing the WW?

Hi Mistybenner, I am a lifetime member that stopped following the plan 2 years ago and gained back all I lost. I plan on following until I am back at goal and (having learned my lesson) I will continue to follow it so as not to gain again.
