Its been 11 months since I began this journey to become fit and healthy, I ice skate and workout 5 times a week and am now down about 75 pounds and feeling a whole lot better, one more month before a year is down I hope if i push i can see a few more results

Ya im happy to be around 180 at 6 foot tall, but i still have a small belly on me that I want to get rid of but I can run 3+ miles now constantly so hopefully the fat keeps melting away xD
