my secret is i do the elliptical about an hour a day 3x a week. i also have limited myself on how much bread I eat. close to none. every morning i have 2 eggs and veggies with one slice of cheese. usually i eat half for breakfast and the other half for either lunch or a snack. for snacks i eat apple slices, a clementine, a banana, or celery and carrots, i add in weight training 3x a week also. i am so excited about losing the weight i wanna lose. 15 lbs to go!
