Yesterday I ate a whopping 1200 calories... my highest single day calorie intake in 8 months. Worked hard in the pool though... yesterday and today. Still seeing results! Today I'll be back down to eating around 750 calories.

not sure what you mean. My calorie intake was simply higher because I ran of protein shakes and had to use the bars. The bars are double the calories of the shakes so it added 500 extra for the day.

l had no idea your cal. intake was so low.That's really really really low. Is there a reason for that?

I was on 120mg of Prednisone for 15 years... it destroyed my metabolism. I gain weight on 1400 calories in a day. So I must eat less than a thousand calories per day and exercise at least 2 to 3 hours per day for weight loss.
