Can't stop going up and down. I got rid of all my adkins bars and drinks. I think I may be od on protein. That is the only thing also, trainer said I am not eating enough calories. Well here we go again.

Unless your trainer has a degree in nutrition, then you need to take his advice as you would any news article or information you pick up places. Take in to consideration what he says and than do what is right for you. You may need to keep changing things up till you find what works for you. Trainers can help but they don't necessarily know more than others.
