I weighed myself last night and I found that all the weight I had lost I gained backed plus some..I really how detrimental it can be on this weight lost journey if you do not keep a consistent food journal. This week is a fresh start I have joined a gym and hired a Personal Trainer to give me a jump start to my day.

Yes, it's very important. But also remember that if you weigh at night, you may weigh quite a bit more than in the morning. It's important to pick a time that is the same each day. I like the morning before eating or drinking anything, right after going to the bathroom.Use same scale, same clothes, same time for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Using different scales can also produce different results because of calibration and the floors they are on.
