Disappointed is an understatement this week. I thought I knuckled down on my calories and upped my exercise, as in the first week I knocked off 2.5 kilos, this week a measly 100 grams!!!!!! Not happy Jan. Am going to try and keep my spirits up and hopefully this is just a dip in the rollercoaster to a healthier me. :-/
