Healthy balance of nutrition
Carbs =. 45 to 65 % of daily intake , this means 950 to 1300 cals per day or 230 to 325 g per day
Sugar= should be less than 125 g per day
Fiber= should be between 30 to 40 g per day
Fat =20 to 35 % of daily intake, this means 400 to. 600 cals per day or 45 to 75 g per day
Protein = 10 to 35 % of daily intake, this means 200 to 600 cals per day or 50 to 150 g per day
