ok so I'm fairly bummed that after eating really well the last two days and working out a decent amount my weight has gone up the last two days. it's rather disheartening. But I still am going to keep up with the diet. I almost talked myself out going to CrossFit but after the scale debacle I changed my mind.

Well your weight naturally fluctuates between days and that is why it is better to weight yourself once a week at the same time (preferably in the morning). I generally weigh myself every 2 weeks, because it takes me 2 weeks to stick to a habit and for my body to adjust to the healthy eating, exercise, etc. Hang in there, and stay away from that scale until its a week or so. And don't be discouraged, our body is truly marvelous at how it reacts to sudden changes.
