Well, I started closely watching my carb intake 8 days ago. When I started, I weighed in at 222 lbs. I weighed in yesterday at my one-week point, and much to my delight, I've lost 9 lbs. so far.

Yes, Jen, you ARE doing great! Atkins is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I just wish I had discovered it years and years ago!! It's well worth the effort to learn the eating style and stay with it.
