Although I am failing my diet, seeing the amount of calories I actually eat is helping me realize so much about myself. Having it right in front of my face on the amount of sodium, carbs, protein, sugars, etc. in just one day amazes me. How can I put this stuff in my body? Im glad that being more aware and seeing it put down officially somwhere (i.e. this website) is helping me greatly. slowly but surely.
