Today I realized the importance of staying on my eating schedule 100%. I skipped breakfast and just snacked on sunflower seeds and this afternoon I didnt' eat for 4 hours (just snacked on almonds) and ended up on an evening binge. I think Im going to invest in more protein based snacks for my emergency car snacks stash (just having almonds isn't working anymore) and always, always, always eat breakfast. You already knew, why didn't you do it! Tomorrow is a new day to make the right decisions, you just gotta do it!
