Okay, I’d end up arse over tea kettle on my head! LOL 😂 I’m just not that coordinated anymore! 🤦🏻♀️ The syncope would for sure do me in if the lack of breath didn’t! LOL 🙋🏻♀️ Carry on!

@smprowett, my daughter has syncope she can’t even stand still long enough to brush her hair or teeth without going pale or getting faint. Last May she fell and busted her teeth and got a concussion. 💔☹️😩 good news we get front of the line to amusement park lines because she can’t stay still for that long. 😜

What is this keto diet everyone is on? I’m really attempting just to eat more healthy and exercise
My plants? Surprised they have survived over the years. I definitely don’t have a green thumb 🌿.

I don't do keto Brenda - I prefer to count calories and try to eat mainly non-processed foods but if you want to find out about the keto diet, the best place to start is the web site: dietdoctor.com 🙂

You don't have to worry about getting bigger thighs. You're a long ways of having that happen . I've worked out for 1.5 years doing on average 5 sessions per week and going all out for at least 60 to 70% of the time. There's nothing wrong in pushing yourself hard and sweating unless you have a problem with radical change ..... such as pain, sweating hard and battling with yourself ( i can't do it). I have been there. Trust me ... just do it and see the changes happen . Also moniter your workouts so you can hold yourself accountable for your actions.

Must admit I’ve never been one to exercise much. I use to maybe join up for some Zumba lessons in the evening from time to time. I’m a small framed person so putting some weight on got me motivated to eating better and exercising. I love my exercise classes. I’m slowly seeing some results which I love. No matter what, I’m going continue as long as I’m able.
