An okay week, did a 5 day water fast.Also did a 5 mile hike on the last day, it was a bit of a struggle but finished it. Doing a 2 day refeed and might start another fast today. Plan to add in more exercise this week, will see how it goes.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week

Thanks @PNWkayak, that's how we roll in North Dakota. Lots of snow but the temps were nice.

awesome on the hike..challenging your body only makes it stronger...and gives you mini goals to accomplish...wtg..

@ maxgainz, water fast, I've been fasting for a few years. Didn't plan to have it coincide with the hike though, I don't usually exercise that much during a fast. It made it harder, but I made it through.
