Friend treated me to an Irish breakfast for dinner last night. Not bad for the plan but there was enough sodium to pickle a horse so I expect some water retention for the next couple of days.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 120.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
