Slacked off for 4 days, didnt exercise or keep track of food intake. Must keep track, as when I am more mindful seem to keep on track better. Also, will try to increase amount of protein in diet.Have ordered protein whey, and will try for meal replacements.

188.3 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
