Having be exercising well, eating a bit of sugar and teas, but otherwise doing better when I am mindful of what I eat by recording it.

Slacked off for 4 days, didnt exercise or keep track of food intake. Must keep track, as when I am more mindful seem to keep on track better. Also, will try to increase amount of protein in diet.Have ordered protein whey, and will try for meal replacements.
