So frustrated.. I know I am doing this all wrong.. my weight keeps going up.. it’s frustrating help.. I need motivation and an exact plan... I’ve had so much company so I think I’m doing well but I’m not measuring so I’m sure it’s my fault!

What do you need? When my weight increases it's because carbs are too high for my body type and I need to drink more water. I lose when carbs are under 20, and I drink 8-10 glasses of water! Good luck!

I would love to just stay on a diet that would help me lose weight really fast,but I am not. I work every day to find the right eating plan for me "for the rest of my life"I have to like the way I am eating now,not after I lose weight because I would probably put the weight back on. This has happened every time I lose.So I made a list of foods that make me feel good and work them in so I only take in 30 carbs or less a day. Please dont think for the quick term ,think for the long term.
