This is proving to be a tough week. Beginning with mother's day and the feast hubby lovingly prepared and I overindulgently ate, to two days of training meaning I eat out... :(
Anyhow, the good news is that I am still getting my walks in. I walk either to or from a kid's activity and get about 2 miles each time. That I am proud of even if my calories are way over. I am also getting in some light weights, 5 lbs that I am using to strengthen my arms and shoulders. Plus a few of those tummy toners.
This WILL happen. Hope to see results soon.
