tried a new recipe this morning - potato pancakes. they turned out great. whole breakfast was 600 calories, 57 carbs and 27 grams of protein. I was stuffed. next on the agenda is to make some whole made beef jerky. basically because I can and because it is just so expensive in the store. I love carb free snacks.
