Ran 6.25Km and felt great. getting squats back into the routine so my legs are a little tired. I started eating the RXBAR's as a pre- workout snack - good balance of calories, carbs and protein. just super chewy.made a great chili tonight as well, 2 cup serving was 376 calories, 25 net carbs and 26 grams of protein. full and tired...ready for bed and some sleep. have a great night everyone.
