I weighed Monday and was at 191.2. I had a work trip, and left that day. I purposefully chose an extended stay hotel so that I could cook and try to get back on my diet. I was glad I did bc I got snowed in and had to extend my stay. I ventured out to the grocery store and got healthy groceries and came back and cooked. When i got home, i had lost 5.6 pounds! I've tried to put some tools in place to help me stay on it. Namely, I've set a goal date to be at my ideal weight, and I've told people. Also, i put the fatsecret widget on my screen which is a constant reminder, and I put a countdown timer on my home screen that shows how many weeks to my goal date. I'm hoping these constant visual reminders will help me.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
