I was up to 143 labs yesterday. It was just constipation. I did a caloric and cleaned my system out yesterday and this morning I'm down 2.2lbs, not up
140.8 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
